V.V.S B.Ed College was established on 28th August 2007. It is affiliated to the Andhra University and recognised by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). The College is co-educational and at present has a capacity of 50.

V.V.S B.Ed College which began as a modest tin- roofed building today possess an efficient infrastructure which includes spacious and well lit classrooms, Science laboratories and a language lab, library, computer room, recreation room, auditorium, and a spacious ground. The most recent addition is a hostel for women conveniently located in the nearest college campus. Having a maximum capacity of 36 beds, the hostel has a 24 hour security, water facility, and self cooking system.

The College has a well-stocked library possessing a rich collection of books and journals that cover the B.Ed syllabus as well as reference books in various subjects.
